1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at divingservices.ltd, or by requesting or receiving services from Diving Services Corp ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who contacts us through the website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.

2. Services Offered

Diving Services Corp provides professional underwater and diving services in Southeast Florida, including but not limited to:

  • Hull cleaning and bottom maintenance

  • Zinc/anode replacement

  • Propeller changes

  • Underwater inspections

  • Search and recovery

  • Debris removal

  • Seawall, piling, and intake cleaning

  • Marine salvage

  • Emergency dive response

  • Dive team support for commercial companies

All services are subject to crew availability, weather and water conditions, vessel access, and geographic reach. We serve Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Travel outside this area may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates only and are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site assessment and may vary based on:

  • Vessel size and type

  • Extent of marine growth or damage

  • Water depth and visibility

  • Access conditions at the marina or dock

  • Scope changes identified during the dive

We will communicate any material changes to the scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Service appointments are confirmed by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, water conditions, crew availability, or safety concerns.

Client cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at 561.987.0500 or info@divingservices.ltd. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

Our cancellations: If we must cancel due to conditions outside our control (weather, emergency, safety), we will make every effort to reschedule promptly at no penalty to you.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vessel, location, and known conditions

  • Ensure legal access to the vessel and/or dive site is granted

  • Notify us of any known hazards, prior repairs, or structural concerns

  • Comply with applicable marina rules and regulations

  • Not to interfere with our crew during active dive operations

  • Ensure safe working conditions at the site

You are responsible for obtaining any permits or authorizations required for work on your vessel or property.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We offer flexible payment options, including cash, checks, Zelle, PayPal, and major credit or debit cards. Payment terms may vary depending on the scope of work. For larger or multi-phase projects, a deposit may be required before scheduling.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 2% per day. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through legal means if necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, corrosion, or structural issues discovered during or after a dive.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

  • We are not liable for delays, inability to perform, or losses caused by weather, water conditions, equipment failure, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Insurance

Diving Services Corp is fully insured and licensed to operate in Florida. Upon request, we can provide proof of insurance before commencing work. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own vessel insurance.

9. Emergency Operations


The Company may provide emergency diving and marine support services upon request. While we make every effort to respond promptly, availability is not guaranteed and is dependent on environmental conditions, safety assessments, and active project schedules. All emergency work is subject to standard safety protocols and applicable rates.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diving Services Corp, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your provision of inaccurate information

  • Unsafe conditions at the dive site were not disclosed to us

  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

10. Intellectual Property

All content on divingservices.ltd, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Diving Services Corp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the site

  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through our forms

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website links to Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. These platforms are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
